Parallel Lines

Scientist Chary from the ESA found something strange while tracking the history of the universe. Lately there has been a lot of talk about the Cosmic Wave Background, what it is and how it plays into the age of the universe. If I remember correctly is supposed to have proved and then disproved the big bang.

But my mind is jumbled this morning.

But while poking at the CWB, Chary found a rather interesting mysterious glow that lay beyond what he was making. He postulated that this could be the power of other universes leaking into our own, and may be the first solid evidence that there are alternate universes.

That would be pretty cool....well until the IRS try to tax it!

Discovery of parallel Universe

The Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) did not ever disprove the Big Bang. The CMB's very existence is one of the three major pillars that supports Big Bang Theory.

At one point, there was a paper that stated when you look close enough at the CMB, the various currents / patterns would support Inflation, which was a period of rapid expansion of the universe not long after the Big Bang. However, the general consensus is that the data is not sufficient to draw that conclusion. That doesn't disprove Big Bang, it just isn't sufficient proof of Inflation.

Evidence of other universes would be exciting, but Chary is correct- very high burden of proof.
